Raymond J. Peterson, PhD
Raymond brings 20 years of biotechnology experience, at the forefront of genetic research and technologies, to develop algorithms and genetic assays that benefit human health. An innovative professional, he provides initiative and strategic direction to early-stage ventures with his unique experience in finance, business development, operations, and analysis, leading to market innovation, discovery, and increased capitalization. Dr. Peterson earned a bachelor’s in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a PhD in human genetics at Pennsylvania State University, and was a fellow at the U.S. National Cancer Institute.

Ines LeBow is known as a catalyst for business, having been recruited by multiple companies to transform their sales and business operations. In 2016, Ines launched ETS, a change management consulting firm working with companies seeking a competitive advantage, those looking for a turnaround, and start-ups/scale-ups. She has managed 11 M&A transactions, $800M in revenue implementation, new entity start-ups, and IPO due diligence. Ines holds 3 degrees from American University.

Jason D. Kahn, PhD
Dr. Kahn, Associate Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Maryland, is a recognized expert in gene match prediction methods and analyses, modeling of DNA structure and topology, and construction of nanoscale objects using nucleic acids as building material. His lab’s seminal article in Biochemistry, in 2004, described the first complete algorithm for Locked Nucleic Acids, a popular engineered nucleic acid. Dr. Kahn earned an AB from Harvard College, a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, and conducted postdoctoral research at Yale University.
